Returns and Refund Policy

All products are made to order through our third-party production partners. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for:

• Ordering the wrong size, color, or product
• Changing your mind after placing an order
• Buyer’s remorse
• Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
• Packages that are refused or left unclaimed
• Sale items or gift cards

Please review all product details, sizing information, shipping information, and order selections carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us at besavageusa@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the product and the problem
• A photo of the shipping label or packaging, when applicable

After reviewing the claim, we will determine whether the order qualifies for a replacement or refund. You do not need to return the item unless we provide specific instructions.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Since every product is made to order, customers who select the wrong size, color, or design must place a new order.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders enter production soon after they are submitted. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please contact us immediately at besavageusa@gmail.com if you notice an error. We will make a reasonable effort to help if production has not started.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding missing or stolen packages.

If a package is lost in transit and has not been marked as delivered, contact us so we can review the shipment status.

Legal Rights

This policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable local, state, federal, or international law.
